  • 1:1 Coaching takes the thinking out of doing. All you do is show up and we take care of the program, the tracking, and the hype. We cater your experience with your current state in mind (energy, mood, mindset) and meet you in the middle.

  • Yes. Online Nutrition Coaching is available. Learn more here by contacting us.

  • Depends on the goals. We currently offer Private and Semi-Private (individual plans in groups of up to 4) in the AM or PM.

  • Communication online or in-person consists of 24/7 access to your coach via instant messaging and when needed, coaching calls.

  • No time commitment or 30-day notice needed. Cancel when you need to. But we’re sure you’re gona love it you’ll stay with us for a while :)

  • Macros are categories we sum up calories in - in order to tailor your nutrition needs. Adequate protein, carbs, and fats can ensure optimal health levels as well as recovery, muscle retention. increased performance, and more.

  • We see where you currently are and where you want to go - and meet you in the middle. Coaching your inner Superhero can mean something different for everyone. We want you to always feel welcomed, heard, and progressing in your goals.

  • For the last 7 years, Coach Tris has developed his skills working with some of the top level coaches in this industry. We see where movement is optimal for everyone and never force feed an exercise. There is a plan ofr everyone so through each certification the goal is to make it practical and applicable as possible. Every quarter Coach Tris ventures to learn new skills, connect with other like-minded coaches in order to be the best possible coach he can be.
